The main objective behind the LEAN is Maximizing Customer Value while Minimizing the Waste. In other words create more customer value with lesser resources.

A LEAN Organization understands customer value and mainly focus on increasing the value by changing the existing key processes, ideally by reducing the wastage to zero or near zero, and making the processes to their optimal stage continuously.

How does an Organization become LEAN?

Changes towards the key Processes: By changing the traditional ways of doing things, it can make a difference. For an example,

Considering the Motivation factor in an organization, it would be better to rather than giving annual bonuses, give bonuses based on performance of people, and urging them on achieving bonuses.

Count Every Single Improvement: Should not neglect even small saving, even saving 10 seconds could help a big difference. For a simple example just imagine the value of couple of milliseconds at the Olympic.

S/W Innovation: Go for free and open source software, which could enhance the organization processes. For typical examples I would say Tweeter, Dropbox, Skype, Skydrive, Gmail, RSS feeds, etc.

Improving Job Satisfaction: Is a Key for a perfect business helping people to help the organization. The contract of employee and the employer is the trust which is strengthen by favor of them, Organization should help and emphasize it comparative to others in the competition, so their mindsets will be ready and bound to the company as a lifetime partner than just a company.

Simple Solutions: Should kill the Complexity, go for simplicity. For example we don’t need huge ERPs if we can manage something with EXCEL in a small company.

Improving the Communication: It’s always the matter that affects the growth, lack of communication leads to many failures, thus it’s better to initiate best mediums of communication by,

LEAN is not a program or short term cost reduction program, but the way the company operates. The word transformation or lean transformation is often used to characterize a company moving from an old way of thinking to lean thinking. It requires a complete transformation on how a company conducts the business. It takes a long-term perspective.

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

What is Torrent?

BitTorrent is a peer-to-peer file sharing protocol used for distributing large amounts of data. BitTorrent is one of the most common protocols for transferring large files, and it has been estimated that it accounts for approximately 27-55% of all Internet traffic (depending on geographical location) as of February 2009. (Source: Wikipedia)

BitTorrent is commonly known as Torrent.

The main advantages in Torrent downloads are,

Reliable downloads (Download won't be corrupted after downloading).
Large files can be downloaded easily.
Ability to stop, pause downloads.
Efficient way of sharing files over the internet.

Below are the major steps you should follow in order to download a file using Torrents.

Find a torrent program that will suit your needs, the most common clients are uTorrent, Deluge, Azureus, BitTorrent, and Opera. There are plenty of other clients available as well (Clicking one of the above links will bring you to a torrent client site).
Follow the instructions on downloading and installing your chosen client.
Go to a torrent site and search for a file you want to download. The Pirate Bay is a popular site. Below websites are also popular as torrent search engines.

Once you have found the desired file on the torrent site, click the "Download This Torrent" (or however they word it). Usually, the web browser's file download manager will ask what to do with this file. You want to open the file with your torrent program.
If it doesn't open that way, just save the .torrent file to an easy to locate place. Then open your torrent client and use the "Open Torrent" feature(Most torrent clients support click & drag).
The download will start automatically. You may now go and do something to pass the time, because torrents do not require your attention and will download in the background.

~Tips for you~

You can close your torrent program and turn off your computer when you need to. Most torrent programs will resume download process automatically when you start them back up. If the download doesn't resume automatically, there should be an option to start downloading, by either right clicking on the file and choose "Start" or a button somewhere in the program.
There are other torrent clients (programs) that can be used so do your research on these also. The most popular torrent programs are uTorrent, Azureus and BitTorrent.
There are Torrent search engines that search the popular torrent clients (programs). This saves you time by not having to search each individual torrent client site. The most popular torrent search engines are TorrentReactor.net, Nowtorrents.com and Qtorrents.com .
When looking for torrent files, try to find ones with plenty of Seeders. When searching for torrents, you can often sort the results by seeds, simply by clicking on the seeds column header.
Seeders (Seeds): Are people who have a complete copy of the torrent's files and are only uploading (sending) data to the people who are downloading (peers).
Leechers (Peers): Are people who have a portion of the torrent's files while they are downloading they are actively uploading to help others download more quickly.

1) Notables: Keep a small notebook and pen handy, wherever you are, to jot down ideas or appointments or things to do instead of trying to remember them later on.

2) Telephonery: Set a time limit to each phone call and make sure you tell your caller. That way you save yourself the stress of trying to end the phone call and it also helps the caller to condense the information they want you to hear.

Google Adsense is an affiliate pay per click program that has taken the Internet by storm. There are a plethora of sites dedicated solely to Google Adsense. Google Adsense is a good way for a small Internet site owner to make some extra money. Using Adsense does not require any special knowledge, just a computer and a working web site.

6 Steps to Reach it (Just a few steps, no expert knowledge needed at all)

Develop a web site for use with Google Adsense. Google has a published criteria for the web sites they accept to the Adsense program. This is because it needs some features like scripting. A good rule of thumb is just construct an honest and forthright web site that has legitimate purpose other than attaining revenue from the Google Adsense program.

e.g. you can use www.blogspot.com, etc. supporting scripting

Submit your sign up information. Once all the steps at Google are complete and the policies are read, click the "Submit" button.

If you have mixed feelings about monetizing your blog, then sort out those feelings first. If you think monetizing your site is wonderful, fine. If you think it’s evil, fine. But make up your mind before you seriously consider starting down this path. If you want to succeed, you must be congruent. Generating income from your blog is challenging enough — you don’t want to be dealing with self-sabotage at the same time. It should feel genuinely good to earn income from your blog — you should be driven by a healthy ambition to succeed. If your blog provides genuine value, you fully deserve to earn income from it. If, however, you find yourself full of doubts over whether this is the right path for you, you might find this article helpful: How Selfish Are You? Terrorism is a illegal act of achieving a goal of set of people forcefully. Basically violence and cruelty contributes them to get their goals regardless of human lives, properties, etc. During past recent centuries world has been challenged by terrorist activities.

Terrorism mainly concerned with couple of points to growth of political, military and social powers.

Marketing of some matter threatening peace (Forming up a political, racial, etc. matter).
Gaining and misleading innocent people with some picture and sight to raise arms against the peace of humans.
Process of self-defensive and self-destructive actions to enable the continuation of terrorist organization.

Terrorism can never lead to a goal of peace. This is a very truth ever concluded by many illustrations available in the past. Achieving rights (political, social, etc) only become successful where we have peaceful and socially accepted processes.

So stay away from terrorism, never participate terrorist activities, help and inform others as well. This world is a nice place where terrorism is swept out of it.
